Operations Manager

Job Description

Manage and supervise all aspects of operations to ensure efficient and seamless operations of the business operation, applying Stochastic Operations Research, Supply Chain Modeling & Analysis; Develop and implement efficient and effective warehouse processes to ensure smooth order flow through the plant to meet quotas and requirements using ERP System, Inventory Management, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Automation, Production analysis; Develop and implement policies for managing the shipping and scheduling departments using International Logistics, Six Sigma; Conduct time studies and reports to calculate the company’s capacity and optimize production process; Develop and implement changes to reduce production waste, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth operations within the plant; Establish, manage, and train personnel on our custom ERP system. Supervise 4 production staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of operations to ensure efficient and seamless business operations.
• Apply Stochastic Operations Research and Supply Chain Modeling & Analysis to optimize processes.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to ensure smooth order flow through the plant, meeting quotas and requirements.
• Utilize ERP Systems, Inventory Management, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Automation, and Production Analysis.
• Develop and implement policies for managing the shipping and scheduling departments using International Logistics and Six Sigma.
• Conduct time studies and reports to calculate the company’s capacity and optimize the production process.
• Develop and implement changes to reduce production waste, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth operations within the plant.
• Establish, manage, and train personnel on our custom ERP system.
• Supervise a team of 4 production staff.

Requirements and skills

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Operations.
• Skills and knowledge in Data Analytics, Manufacturing Automation, International Logistics, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Modeling & Analysis, and Stochastic Operations Research are required.
